Bằng kỹ thuật sắc ký cột chúng tôi đã chiết và phân lập được 5 alcaloid là Augustamin, Undulatin, 6- Hydroxy Undulatin, Crinamidin, 6-Hydroxy Crinamidin từ dịch chiết của lá TNHC. Cấu trúc của các hợp chất này được xác định bằng các phương pháp phổ học và đối chiếu với tài liệu đã công bố. Trong số đó Undulatin là alcaloid được phân lập lần đầu tiên bằng kỹ thuật sắc ký cột. Chúng tôi đã phân lập được lượng đủ lớn hai hợp chất alcaloid (Crinamidin va 6-Hydroxy Crinamidin) đạt yêu cầu của chất chuẩn nhằm phục vụ công việc xây dựng các tiêu chuẩn kiểm nghiệm dược liệu và các chế phẩm có chứa TNHC. Song song đó việc phân lập hợp chất 6-Hydroxy Undulatin góp phần làm sáng tỏ thêm thành phần hóa học của cây TNHC vì hợp chất này trước đây được phân lập từ Ammocharis tinneana - lần đầu tiên tìm thấy từ Crinum latifolium L.
Extracts from leaves of Crinum latifolium L. Amaryllidaceae are used as popular medicine in the treatment of of diseases such as oedema, hemorrhage, cervical fibroma, prostate enlargement ... ¹. Modern medicine has demonstrated the anticancer properties of many compounds derived from this plant, such as Iycorine, 1,2 β epoxy Ambellin, Undulatin, 6-Hydroxy Crinamidino In this study, five alcaloid compounds were isolated from leave extracts. Their chemical structures were elucidated using spectroscopic analyses (IR, UV, ¹H-NMR, ¹³C-NMR)and chemical methods. By this means, Augustamin, Undulatin, 6-Hydroxy Undulatin, Crinarnidin, 6-Hydroxy Crinarnidin were identified. This is the first announcement on the isolation of Undulatine using chromatographic column technique and also this is the first time 6-Hydroxy Undulatine was isolated from Crinum latifolium.
