Ung thư biểu mô tuyến giáp kém biệt hóa và không biệt hóa là 2 typ hiếm gặp của ung thư biểu mô tuyến giáp. Trong bài này, các tác giả đã mô tả và bàn luận về đặc điểm mô học của 16 trường hợp ung thư biểu mô tuyến giáp hiếm gặp này tại bệnh viện K Hà nội.
Abstract
In this report, the authors were reviewed histologically 16 thyroid carcinomas with poor differentiated type and undifferentated (anaplastic) type. Results: 2 these types almost affected in femal, femal to male ratio is 3/1 and are the most common at the age over 51 (75%) ; histologic features of poor differentiated type: follicular patterns are rare, majority are solid sheets, mitotic activity is high, capsular and vascular invasion is frequent. Undifferentiated thyroid carcinomas inclucde anaplastic cells mixedly: spindle cells, giant cells, small cells, squamous cells.
