Khảo sát nhiệt độ cơ thể qua việc đo nhiệt độ màng nhĩ. Có sự khác biệt nào về:-Nhiệt độ màng nhĩ bên tai phải và trái -Nhiệt độ đo ở màng nhĩ và nách. Có sự liên quan nào không giữa nhiệt độ màng nhĩ bình thường và màng nhĩ trong bệnh viêm tai giữa thanh dịch.- Nhằm xác định nhiệt độ cơ thể gần nhất với nhiệt độ trung tâm. -Phát hiện bệnh viêm tai giữa thanh dịch sớm - Nghiên cứu mô tả - Đo nhiệt độ màng nhĩ và nhiệt độ tại nách 500 trường hợp ở lứa tuổi <45 - Đo nhiệt độ màng nhĩ bình thường và được chẩn đoán viêm tai thanh dịch ở 50 cá thể ở lứa tuổi ≤15. - Máy đo nhiệt độ hồng ngoại MC-510 của OMRON,Japan. - Nhiệt độ trung bình màng nhĩ phải và trái là37.10C,tại nách là 36.30C,tại màng nhĩ trong bệnh viêm tai thanh dịch là 36.90C. - Nhiệt độ đo ở màng nhĩ phản ánh gần với nhiệt độ trung tâm. - Không có sự khác biệt giữa nhiệt độ đo ở tai phải và trái. - Nhiệt độ tại màng nhĩ bình thường và trong bệnh viêm tai thanh dịch không có sự khác biệt thuyết phục trên lâm sàng. - Nhiệt kế có đầu dò nhiệt độ màng nhĩ ứng dụng kỹ thuật hồng ngoại dễ sử dụng,an toàn,chính xác,không ảnh hưởng xấu đến môi trường.
Abstract
Estimate normal body temperature from mesurement of tympanic membrane temperature. - Are there any differences on temperature between right ear and left ear? - Are there any differences on temperature at ear possition and axilla position? - Are there any relations between tympanic membrane temperature and infusion otitis media disease? - Estimate normal body temperature closet to the core temperature. - Discover infusion otitis media disease earlier. Describing Research - Take tympanic membrane temperature and axilla temperature from 500 healthy patients at the age of under 45 years old. - Take tympanic membrane temperature at two groups of 50 individuals each: one group of healthy individuals and the other of infusion otitis media patients. - The infrared thermometer MC-510 of OMRON COMPANY, JAPAN. - The mean temperature between left tympanic membrane and right tympanic membrane is 37.1oC, at axilla is 36.3oC and at tympanic membrane in infusion otitis media group is 36.9oC. The temperature measured at tympanic membrane reflects closely the core temperature. There is not any difference on temperature measured at left ear and right ear. There is not considerable temperature difference on clinic between healthy individual and infusion otitis media individual. The infrared thermometer is easy to operate, safe and not cause any bad affections on the environ.
