Heïp khí quaûn do raát nhieàu nguyeân nhaân gaây ra nhö sau môû khí quaûn khoâng ñuùng caùch, sau ñaët noäi khí quaûn laâu ngaøy, sau chaán thöông thanh khí quaûn vaø caùc beänh lyù khaùc ôû thanh khí quaûn ñaõ ñeå laïi nhöõng di chöùng naëng neà cho ngöôøi beänh nhö giaûm khaû naêng giao tieáp thoâng thöôøng, maát khaû naêng lao ñoäng, haïn cheá caùc hoaït ñoäng xaõ hoäi...vaø cuõng ñaõ coù nhieàu phöông phaùp ñeå ñieàu trò nhöng keát quaû chöa cao vaø khoù coù theå phuïc hoài chöùc naêng bình thöôøng cuûa thanh khí quaûn moät caùch hoaøn haûo. Caét boû phaàn heïp, noái phaàn coøn nguyeân veïn cuûa khí quaûn ñeå beänh nhaân coù theå noùi vaø thôû bình thöôøng laø phöông phaùp lyù töôûng ñeå ñieàu trò heïp thanh khí quaûn. Taïi khoa Tai- Muõi- Hoïng beänh vieän Chôï Raãy töø naêm 1997 cho ñeán nay chuùng toâi ñaõ thöïc hieän phöông phaùp naøy cho 23 beänh nhaân vaø coù keát quaû raát khaû quan. Chuùng toâi cho raèng ñaây laø moät trong nhöõng phöông phaùp toát cho nhöõng beänh nhaân bò heïp khí quaûn, nhieàu beänh nhaân ñaõ trôû laïi vôùi chaát löôïng cuoäc soáng ngaøy caøng toát hôn.

Abstract

Background: Stenosis of the Trachea have been caused by many reasons such as in the not correct way to do tracheotomy, the long term insert of the intubation,trauma of the trachea and some other diseases of the upper respiratory so the patients have been suffered a lot consequences from this kind of the stenosis such as reducing of communication & labor ability and limiting of society activity. There are so many management methods for this stenosis but the result is not so good yet and too difficult to restore the normal function of the trachea. Method:First of all we had removed the segment of stenosis of the trachea and then we did more with end to end anastomosis between two intact segments of the trachea. Result: From 1997 up to now at the our ENT department - Cho Ray hospital we have operated for 23 cases for this of kind with better result & many patients have been receiving the better quality of their life. Conclusion: Our opinion is that this method is one of the good method for those who have been suffering from tracheal stenosis.
