Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu can thiệp lâm sàng tại khoa Tai Mũi Họng – Bệnh viện Chợ Rẫy. Các bệnh nhân được chẩn đoán u sàn sọ trước, được phẫu thuật nội soi lấy u và tái tạo sàn sọ trước bằng vạt mũi vách ngăn.
Kết quả: Bước đầu thực hiện việc tái tạo sàn sọ trước sau phẫu thuật u sàn sọ trước qua nội soi bằng vạt mũi vách ngăn cho kết quả tốt.
Kết luận: Sử dụng vạt mũi vách ngăn là một trong những kỹ thuật chủ yếu trong tái tạo sàn sọ trước.

Introduce: Endoscopic anterior skull base tumors surgery can cause defect, so the reconstruction of skull base is necessary to gain the good outcomes. The use of nasoseptal flap is a proper option in reconstructing anterior base of skull.
Methods: Clinical intervention research carried out by the ENT Department in Cho Ray Hospital. The patients diagnosed anterior skull base tumors, endoscopic surgery to treat and then use of nasoseptal flap for anterior skull base reconstruction.
Results: The initial step of use of nasoseptal flap for anterior skull base reconstruction achieved the remarkable outcome.
Conclusion: The use of nasoseptal flap is one of the main techniques in reconstructing of anterior base of skull.
