BN Trần Tấn L. sanh 1977, Nhập viện vì khối u vùng thái dương tái phát sau 4 năm phẫu thuật. Hồi năm 2008, khối u ở vùng thái dương 150 x150 mm nghi là u máu nên BV Ung bướu chuyển BV Bình Dân, đã mổ cắt trọn khối u, mô bướu là u lành tính. 1 năm sau u tái phát tại chỗ và lớn nhanh, vì đau ít nên không đến lại bệnh viện. 3 năm sau vì u quá lớn nên trở lại bệnh viện. Khối u đã gây biến dạng mặt và đầu. U gồ ghề, mặt ngoài có nhiều tĩnh mạch nổi to. CT thấy u rất lớn chưa di căn não, chỉ đến vỏ não 135x87x174 mm. Hội chẩn bác sĩ thần kinh, và bác sĩ mạch máu, MSCT cho thấy bướu chỉ có các nhánh động mạch cảnh ngoài đến nuôi. Mổ ngày 16/1/2013, cắt bỏ trọn khối u, máu chảy rất nhiều. Sau mổ phải tạo hình vết mổ. 12 ngày sau mổ và tạo hình, vết mổ lành tốt, mặc dù có gây biến dạng một ít ở đầu - mặt. Mô bướu trên vi thể là sarcom sợi. 3-4 tuần sau mổ, BN được hoá trị.

On the CT scan, the tumor was big 135x87x174 mm.but no metastase to the nervous system Consultation of the neurologic surgeon, and of the vascular surgeon, a MSCT showed the tumor was nourished by many branches of the left external carotid. Operation on 16/1/2013, the tumor was removed all, a lot of bleeding. After operation, subcutaneous and skin must be replaced by a skin and subcutaneous tissue of the neck. 12 days later, the skin was healed, the face and the head were still deformed a little. The tissue diagnosis: Fibrosarcomas 3-4 after operation, a program of chemotherapy will be proposed.
