EVALUATE THE ALLEVIATION OF HYDRONEPHROSIS IN PATIENTS AFTER RETROPERITONEAL LAPAROSCOPIC URETEROLITHOTOMY WITH INDWELLING JJ STENT

Mục đích: Đánh giá mức độ cải thiện độ ứ nước thận qua siêu âm trên bệnh nhân sau phẫu thuật nội soi hông lưng sau phúc mạc lấy sỏi niệu quản có đặt thông JJ.Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên các bệnh nhân sau phẫu thuật nội soi hông lưng sau phúc mạc lấy sỏi niệu quản có đặt thông JJ từ tháng 3/2010 đến tháng 4/2011 tại bệnh viện Đa khoa Thành phố Cần thơ.Kết quả: Sự cải thiện độ ứ nước thận qua siêu âm trên 33 bệnh nhân sau phẫu thuật nội soi hông lưng sau phúc mạc lấy sỏi niệu quản có đặt thông JJ. Sau phẫu thuật 1 tuần, có 60,6% bệnh nhân có cải thiện độ ứ nước thận. Sau 3-4 tuần, có 91% bệnh nhân có cải thiện độ ứ nước thận, trong đó có 36,4% bệnh nhân hồi phục về bình thường.Kết luận: Trên bệnh nhân sau phẫu thuật nội soi hông lưng sau phúc mạc lấy sỏi niệu quản có đặt thông JJ, độ ứ nước thận được cải thiện rõ rệt sau phẫu thuật 3-4 tuần, vì thế chúng tôi đề nghị nên rút thông JJ sau phẫu thuật 3-4 tuần.
Abstract
Objectives: To evaluate the alleviation of hydronephrosis by ultrasonography in patients after retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy with indwelling JJ stent.Patients and methods: Cross-sectional study in patients who underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy with indwelling JJ stent from 3/2010 to 4/2011 at Cantho General Hospital.Results: 33 patients after retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy with indwelling JJ stent were evaluated the alleviation of hydronephrosis by ultrasonography. After 1 week, there were 60.6% of patient alleviated the degree of hydronephrosis. After 3-4 week, there were 91% of patient alleviated the degree of hydronephrosis, and 39.4% of all patients were recovered to normal kidney.Conclusions: In patients underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy with indwelling JJ stent, the degree of hydronephrosis was alleviated dramatically after 3-4 weeks. Therefore, we suggest that JJ stent should be removed after 3-4 weeks.
