Phân tích 31 trường hợp sau phẫu thuật chỉnh hình vỡ sụp xương trán, sụp khối mũi trán qua nội soi có chụp CT đa cắt lớp - tái tạo sọ mặt trước và sau mổ, chúng tôi giới thiệu một phương pháp đánh giá kết quả trên MSCT dực vào các chỉ số sau: số đường vỡ lõm, khoảng cách trước sau xoang trán, khoảng cách mũi mắt trước khi mổ và sau khi mổ. Suy ra được khoảng nâng xoang trán và khoảng nâng sống mũi, từ đó đánh giá được kết quả phẫu thuật.
By analysing the results of multislices CT -3D reconstructions pre and post operation of 31 cases of endoscopic repair of frontal sinus fractures, we introduce one method to assess the outcome of the surgery using MSCT. The assesment is based on: 1/ the number of depressed fracture lines, 2/ the antero- posterior measurement of the. frontal sinus, 3/ the distance from nose level to eye level on axial sections before and after surgery. Consequently, we can evaluate the outcomes of the surgical restoration of nasa/-frontal sinus fractures
