Một bộ ba heterotopic là biến
chứng hiếm gặp của thai kỳ trong đó cùng tồn tai thai ngoài và thai trong tử
cung. Việc sử dụng rộng rãi các kỹ thuật hỗ trợ sinh sản đã góp phần sự gia
tăng tỷ lệ thai ngoài tử cung và heterotopic đe dọa tính mạng của mẹ và thai
trong tử cung. Chúng tôi mô tả một trường hợp bệnh có thai ngoài tử cung và
song thai trong tử cung lúc10 tuần sau khi được chuyển phôi bằng thụ tinh trong
ống nghiệm. Thai ngoài tử cung ở góc bị vỡ, bệnh nhân được mổ lấy thai ở góc
khâu cầm máu. Thai trong tử cung phát triển tới lúc sanh mổ ra 2 bé khỏe mạnh ở
tuồi thai 36 tuần 2 ngày.

A heterotopic triplet
pregnancy is a rare complication of pregnancy in which both extra –uterine
(ectopic pregnancy) and intrauterine pregnancy occur simultaneously.The broad
use of assisted reproductive technologies has contributed to the increase of
ectopic and subsequently heterotopic pregnancy rate masking a life-threatening
condition for gravida and the intrauterine pregnancy.we describe a case of a
woman heterotopic triplets at 10 gestational week following transfer of three
embryo obtainnedby in vitro fertilization techniques.Ectopic pregnancy in the
corner was ruptures.Caesarean section patients in corner and sew hemostasis. The
intrauterine pregnancy progressed to the delivery by cesarean section of two
healthy baby at 36+2 gestational age.
