Mở đầu: Cơ cấu bệnh tim mạch ở người cao tuổi thay đổi
theo thời gian và chưa được nghiên cứu nhiều trong thời gian gần đây.
Mục tiêu: Tìm
hiểu cơ cấu bệnh tim mạch ở người cao tuổi điều trị nội
trú tại khoa Tim mạch bệnh viện Thống Nhất năm 2009.
Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu
mô tả, cắt ngang có phân tích, thực hiện trên 667 bệnh án của bệnh nhân điều trị
nội trú tại khoa Tim mạch bệnh viện Thống Nhất năm 2009.
Kết quả: Tuổi
trung bình là 70,36 ± 10,21 tuổi với tỉ lệ nam/nữ là 2,67 và
suy tim thường gặp ở nam so với nữ có ý
nghĩa thống kê. Các nhóm bệnh tim mạch hàng đầu của người cao tuổi
lần lượt là: bệnh tăng huyết áp (THA); bệnh tim thiếu máu cục bộ; bệnh van tim;
rối loạn nhịp tim; suy tim. Tăng huyết áp có sự gia tăng đáng kể so với những bệnh còn lại
ở người cao tuổi.
Kết luận: Mô
hình bệnh tim mạch của người cao tuổi chủ yếu là tăng huyết
áp chiếm ưu thế và tăng huyết áp, bệnh tim thiếu máu cục bộ, bệnh van tim là những
bệnh hàng đầu ở người cao tuổi.
Background: The disease of the circulatory system patterns in elderly patient has changed over time and has not studied enough in recent times.
Objective: Survey the diseases of the cardiovascular system patterns in elderly patients who had the inpatient treatment in cardiovascular department at Thong Nhat hospital in 2009.
Methods: Cross-sectional descriptive, analysis study, conducted using 667 patients who had the inpatient treatment in cardiovascular department at Thong Nhat hospital, Ho Chi Minh City in 2009.
Results: The mean age of the patients was 70.36 ± 10.21 years and the ratio of men over women was 2.67. The most common diseases of the cardiovascular system were: hypertensive diseases; ischemic heart diseases; valvular heart disease; arrhythmias; heart failure.
Conclusions: The disease of the cardiovascular system patterns in elderly patient is almosthypertensive diseases and hypertensive, ischemic heart diseases tend to become more common in elderly.
